When I was a teenager, I had a pair of overalls that I LOVED. I wore them often and enjoyed
every minute! And then I eventually quit wearing them thinking I would never wear overalls again!
I would be too OLD for them. Cue college, church service, marriage, and four kids later, I
got the bug again! I wanted to wear overalls!! And I thought, life is short, wear overalls!
And you know what, I wasn't the only one...
They started popping up in shops, boutiques, and even AMAZON!
It's the PERFECT time of year to snag some overalls because we are heading into that transitional season, you know when Mother Nature can't decide whether she is going to let us have our cooler temps or not?! It's nice and cool in the evenings, but the days are HOT still.
Now for the exciting part.... a few other friends and I have come up with 14 different way how to style your overalls to get you into Fall and Winter! Yayyyy!!!
I snagged a pair of overalls from Basil and Blush Boutique, and styled them in three different ways for you!
Think first day of school.....
For the busy mom.... Getting ready to take those kids to their first day of school. You want something appropriate to wear in the drop off line, or to walk your child up to the school, but also be comfortable enough to be able to wear all day! Grab a comfy tee, your overalls, hair in a top knot, and some comfy sneaks and you are good to go!
Next, you just dropped off the kids at school, and it's
TIME TO CELEBRATE! Run errands with less kids, or blissfully kidless, go to lunch with friends, run to Target, the possibilities probably seem endless! haha! Before you head out, throw some dry shampoo in your hair, switch to some cute sandals, and throw on a necklace.
Now head out and have fun!
Then, after the kids get home from school, homework and dinner are done, kids are snuggled into bed, throw on a long vest, some boots, and grab the hubs to go get some ice cream! You deserve it!!
